Сейчас, когда вы продолжаете находиться в своем заветном, прекрасном уединенном месте, я предлагаю вам найти эту мудрую, заботливую свою часть и побыть с ней. Эта часть, скрытая у вас внутри, может помочь вам узнать все, что необходимо, чтобы поддержать себя в этой работе и помочь себе справиться с вторичной травмой.
Находясь с этой частью себя, со своей внутренней сущностью, прислушивайтесь спокойно и внимательно к той мудрости, которая заключена в вас.
Упражнение 31 «Письма к себе»
Через несколько минут мы попросим эту вашу часть написать письмо той другой части, которая чувствует себя уязвимой к стрессам, связанным с работой. Вам не нужно напряженно думать над этим письмом, потому что ваша мудрая, заботливая часть уже знает, в чем вы нуждаетесь, чтобы лучше позаботиться о себе. Эта ваша часть очень хорошо умеет заботиться о вас и знает все, что нужно знать о вашей уязвимости к боли и давлению, связанными с работой.
Давайте потратим время на то, чтобы применить все эти замечательные навыки помощи и заботы к тому, кто сильнее всего этого заслуживает, – к вам самим. Мы сделаем небольшую паузу, а затем вы можете взять ручку и бумагу и написать письмо той своей части, которая так нуждается в заботе.

Когда вы закончите письмо, сверните его и отложите в сторону. Давайте поговорим немного об этом упражнении. Я предлагаю вам поделиться тем, о чем вы готовы говорить, со всеми вместе. Как вы сами увеличиваете свою уязвимость к стрессу? Что ваша мудрая часть посоветовала вам делать с этим?
Мне хотелось бы попросить вас написать кое-что еще. На
этот раз просто кратко обозначьте те способы, которыми вы увеличиваете свою уязвимость, и что ваша мудрая часть посоветовала вам, чтобы защитить себя.
Положите первое письмо в приготовленный конверт, заклейте его и напишите свой адрес. Я отправлю вам его через два месяца. Второе письмо я предлагаю вам сохранить и заглядывать в него время от времени, чтобы напомнить себе, о чем вы узнали сегодня.
